Privacy policy
This site asks for your email to deliver material, takes you to WhatsApp to talk to me and measures its own performance. Here is what that means in data, with no small print.

Who is responsible for this data
I am the controller of the data this site collects — Rafael Dantas, work permit consultant for Ireland. Any request about your data comes straight to me, at the address below.
VisaPro is the immigration services firm that files the permit application, and it is a separate company with its own site and its own policy. When you click through to it, you leave this site — whatever you provide there is handled by them, not by me.

What I collect, and when
There is no account and no login on this site. What reaches me comes from here:

Your card number never passes through me. Payment for the consultation is processed by Stripe, inside Cal.com, and payment for the course by TheMembers' own checkout, which currently runs on the thebank.com.br domain. Of what those platforms show me as the seller, the full card number is never part.
Cookies and measurement
This site loads Google's measurement tool on every visit, and that is how I know how many people read each page. What your answer to the notice changes is the cookie: until you accept, no analytics or advertising cookie is written to your device, and the record that leaves here — page visited, referral source, device type and your IP address — does not tie one visit to the next.
Accepting grants Google four signals: measuring your navigation, storing the advertising identifier, sending your data to Google for advertising purposes, and personalising the ads you see. Declining keeps all four off, and the notice does not come back.
Your choice is stored in your own browser, not on a server of mine — alongside the language you pick in the switcher at the top, kept the same way and for the same reason. To change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser: the notice reappears on your next visit and you answer again.
Who else sees this data
I neither sell nor trade data with anyone. These are the tools that run the site and therefore handle part of what you provide:

Two of those destinations carry more than the click, and it is worth saying which. Before WhatsApp opens, this site records the click as a measurement event — that is how I know an ad worked — and the conversation opens with a message already written, saying you came from the website rather than from Instagram. And the course checkout link carries the address of the page you left, deliberately: it is how the platform recognises that the sale came from here. Each destination has a policy of its own.
How long I keep it
Your email stays on my list whilst the subscription is active. Every email I send carries an unsubscribe link, and it ends the sending immediately.
Booking data stays on Cal.com for as long as the consulting history is meaningful. Navigation data follows Google Analytics' own retention period.
You can request deletion at any time, and I do not need a reason to act on it.
Your rights
The LGPD in Brazil, and the GDPR in the European Union and Ireland, give you the right to:
- confirm whether I hold data about you
- see what I hold
- correct anything that is wrong
- request deletion
- take your data to another service
- withdraw your cookie consent whenever you want
To exercise any of them, write to contato@consultorrafaeldantas.com. I reply within 15 days.
Data outside Brazil
Most of the tools I use are run by companies outside Brazil, in the United States and in the European Union, so much of your data is processed outside the country. TheMembers and its checkout are the exception: both are Brazilian. That is unavoidable for a site serving Brazilians in Brazil and in Ireland at the same time — which is why this page names every tool instead of saying “partners”.
Under-18s
This site is aimed at working adults and holds no content for children. I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if it happens by mistake, write to me and I will delete it.
Changes to this policy
When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. The version published here is the one that applies.
